Fully equipped service vehicles: Our 4 fully equipped service vehicles are equipped with their own power generator, compressed air compressor and an extensive tool set. This mobile workshop enables us to work independently on the defective machines directly on site without having to rely on external energy sources. This minimizes downtime and ensures quick repairs.

Spare parts management: Our extensive spare parts warehouse is specially tailored to scrap shears and packaging presses. This allows us to quickly provide the required parts to reduce downtime to a minimum. We not only guarantee spare parts availability for KLANN systems, but also offer our service for systems from other German manufacturers.

Container shear rental: In order to bridge production downtimes during extensive repair work, we offer the rental of our container shears. This flexible solution makes it possible to maintain at least partial production and minimize impacts on your production.

In-house workshop in Schwerte: Our ultra-modern workshop with more than 1.000 m² of production space is available for more extensive repairs and maintenance work. Equipped with powerful crane systems of up to 40 t and the most modern machines and tools, we are able to not only repair scrap processing systems, but also to manufacture and maintain them. These in-house capacities not only ensure rapid processing, but also the highest quality standards for your systems.
