he company KLANN Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik GmbH was founded in Hagen in 2006 as an engineering office for scrap processing plants.<\/p>

Since then, KLANN has been the sales and service partner of the Czech company \u017d\u010eAS as from \u017d\u010f\u00e1r nad S\u00e1zavou. \u017d\u010eAS is one of the largest mechanical engineering companies in the Czech Republic, with around 1.500 employees and an annual turnover of more than 100 million euros. As a manufacturer of machines and systems for the steel industry, \u017d\u010eAS offers not only scrap processing systems, but also forging and deep-drawing presses as well as complete production systems.<\/p>

Over the last two decades, KLANN has established itself as a leading service partner and provider of processing systems for the scrap processing industry.<\/p>

With the move in 2017 from the original company headquarters in Hagen to Schwerte, south of Dortmund, KLANN was able to significantly expand its range of services. With over 1.000 m\u00b2 of production and assembly space divided into 2 halls, KLANN is able to offer assembly and repair work directly on site in its own factory.<\/p>

An extensive spare parts warehouse, workshop vehicles and motivated service technicians ensure a short response time and quick help with maintenance and repairs of the equipment supplied.<\/p>

With 15 employees, including 6 service technicians, short-term help in the event of machine failure or maintenance work can be offered throughout Europe.<\/p>

Completely overhauled assemblies, such as hold-down devices and knife slides, are regularly reconditioned in the factory so that these components can be replaced directly at the customer’s premises in order to avoid lengthy repair downtimes.<\/p>
