Container Shear CNS400K – Proven Technology for Mobile Scrap Processing

CNS730/190MTC – Powerful and Mobile in the Premium Class
The CNS730/190MTC, the big brother of the CNS400K, sets the standards for semi-mobile scrap shears in the premium class.

This scrap shear, with a cutting force of up to 730 tons, enables the processing of even heavier scrap in a compact design.
With a weight of approximately 45 tons, mobility is limited, but it can be easily relocated as no foundation anchoring is required.
The shear is suitable for use at scrap collection sites without power supply, as an additional unit to increase capacity at existing scrap shears, or for processing scrap directly at the collection points. Additionally, it can serve as a cost-effective alternative to guillotine shears when using multiple container shears side by side with a scrap handling machine. The hermetically sealed hydraulic circuit extends the service life of the hydraulic oil.
