The power miracle – the semi-mobile scrap shears of the upper class.
CNS 730 / 190 MTC
The CNS 730 / 190 MTC is used to expand the successful container shear series with a shear with a shear force of 730 t. The cutting principle with a horizontal knife slide has been retained and the overall construction has been strengthened. To obtain correspondingly higher cutting force and performance, the hydraulics have been upgraded to higher performance logic control. This container shear is also available with either a diesel (186 kW) or an electric drive (2 × 75 kW).

Advantages
Continuous feeding of the shear into the feed bunker while simultaneously discharging the cut scrap
No complex pre-compaction with wing covers required
Monitoring of automatic shear operation by excavator operator – no additional operator required
Full mobility of the shear within minutes thanks to extendable hydraulic feet for mounting on a low-loader
Variable cutting lengths possible through the use of attachments on the cutting device
High cutting performance of the shear per shift with low energy consumption
Low maintenance effort due to a maximum hydraulic pressure of 315 bar and the use of high-quality components
Mechanically machined, replaceable guide surfaces allow for optimal knife clearance adjustment
Autonomous operation of the shear for up to 16 hours without refueling the diesel tank
Central lubrication ensures low wear on the guides
No foundation required: A flat surface is sufficient
Airtight sealed hydraulic circuit increases the service life of the hydraulic oil
Angled blades and the use of special inner hoppers produce rod scrap in cupola furnace quality
Applications
Operation on scrap collection sites without electricity connection
As an auxiliary unit to handle capacity peaks on existing scrap shears
For the pre-treatment of scrap for shredders
For processing scrap directly at the generation site
As a cost-effective alternative to guillotine shears when using multiple container shears side by side with a scrap handling machine
As a processing plant for contaminants from commercial waste that cannot be further processed in the shredder
